In person studies on the world of mycology, herbalism, native Texas plants, mesoamerican herbs and traditions, culinary and nutritional practices, holistic and spiritual modalities, gardening and growing methods such as, at home mushroom container growing, field and foraging basics, tree & native botanical identification, log inoculation to food forestry design, composting.
